Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation Process
1.1. To complete a table booking, the customer must select the estimated time of arrival and the number of guests.
1.2. Reservation requests are subject to availability. Once availability is confirmed, the customer will be able to select a table from the venue map.
1.3. A reservation is only considered valid upon receipt of confirmation from the venue.
2. Reservation Fee
2.1. A non-refundable reservation fee of €150 per table is required at the time of booking. This fee constitutes a Caparra Confirmatoria in accordance with Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code and serves solely to secure the reservation. It is not considered a payment for goods or services.
2.2. This fee is charged regardless of the number of guests and does not include any food, beverage, or additional services.
3. Mandatory Additional Credit
3.1. In addition to the reservation fee, an additional mandatory credit is required based on the size of the group.
3.2. The additional credit must be paid upon arrival at the venue and is fully redeemable during the visit.
3.3. The credit amounts are as follows:
- From 6 to 8 guests: €200
- From 9 to 12 guests: €550
3.4. The credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be fully spent during the same visit. Any unused credit will not be reimbursed.
4. Group Size and Seating
4.1. The customer must provide accurate information regarding the number of guests.
4.2. Any variation in group size must be communicated to the venue at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
4.3. The venue reserves the right to adjust the table allocation or cancel the booking in the event of inaccurate or misleading guest information.
5. Arrival and Holding Policy
5.1. Customers are required to arrive at the booked time.
5.2. The venue reserves the right to release the table if the customer fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, without entitlement to a refund.
5.3. Late arrival may result in reduced seating time and/or additional charges.
6. Cancellation and No-Show
6.1. The €150 reservation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
6.2. In case of cancellation or no-show, any prepaid amounts will not be refunded.
6.3. If the customer fails to pay the mandatory additional credit upon arrival, the venue reserves the right to refuse entry.
7. Conduct and Compliance
7.1. All guests must comply with the venue’s internal rules, including dress code, safety regulations, and staff instructions.
7.2. The venue reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who behaves inappropriately, with no refund of fees or credits paid.
8. Liability
8.1. The venue is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
8.2. Customers are liable for any damage caused to venue property by themselves or their guests.
9. Amendments
9.1. The venue reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.2. The applicable version of the Terms & Conditions is the one in effect at the time of booking.
10. Acceptance
10.1. By completing the booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
